2. Restrictions on Use

- No human or animal consumption is permitted.
- Buyer must be at least 21 years old.
3. Buyer Responsibility

- No resale or redistribution without written approval.

5. Liability & Indemnification

6. Orders & Payments
- All payments must be made before shipment.
- Orders may be refused or cancelled at our discretion.
- Orders are not binding until confirmed.
7. Shipping & Risk
- Orders before 3 PM EST usually ship same business day.
- Orders after cutoff or holidays ship next business day.
- Risk of loss transfers to Buyer once shipped.
- Shipping delays outside our control are not our responsibility.
8. Intellectual Property
- All logos, text, branding, and graphics are property of NURA Peptide.
- Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
9. Governing Law
- This Agreement is governed by the laws of Florida, United States.
10. Entire Agreement
- These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Buyer and NURA Peptide.
- Modifications must be in writing and signed by both parties.
